Who We Are

The Learning Connection is the creation and trading name of Roger Wythe. The name arose from leading Total Quality Management programmes and transforming his approach to learning through applying the ideas of Accelerated Learning. From applying the philosophy, processes and techniques of TQM he saw the strength that came from people being really connected through their work processes and being empowered to ask "Why?" and "Why not?".

From Accelerated Learning came the realisation that people learn best when they learn together in a stimulating and energising environment. Better also for the facilitator where learning can be achieved with less stress!

The geodesic dome of Buckminster Fuller symbolises the strength that comes from strong relationships and connections while retaining lightness and flexibility.

The Learning Connection is also a 'connection' in the sense of people connected by the same vision with different skills and abilities to contribute to learning solutions. Much better than using 'associates'.
