There is a new spirit abroad in the world of learning. People want to learn rather than to be trained or to be taught. They are driven by questions which are important to them and express the challenges they are facing . Our role as facilitators of learning is to both support and challenge people in their learning journeys in the most effective ways possible .

All the learning practices we work with work with the whole person in their real settings:

  • Coaching - a one-to-one approach based on having clear goals and being committed to take action and learn from that action
  • Accelerated Learning - the holistic philosophy and method of learning which underpins the design of all our learning solutions
  • Self-Managed Learning - a very appropriate practice for leadership development where it looks like coaching in a group context
  • Appreciative Inquiry - an approach to organisational change that works from consciousness of our strengths to build a desired future
