Develop Your Teams – Everyday

Whatever the team you are part of, for example:

  • A new leadership team
  • A project team
  • A team operating under changed circumstances

there is likely to be a need for development.

Team Development in Practice

The issues will be many and various and may include:

  • Building relationships
  • Recognising each other’s strengths and capabilities
  • How meetings are run
  • Roles and responsibilities

A structured process will help make swifter progress than would otherwise be possible. It may need several meetings or just one. I call the process team development because it is much more than a one off ‘team building’ experience, important as those can be for raising morale.

I work with you to design a process which will meet your needs. I draw from a range of tools and techniques to give you an enjoyable and effective process.

Whatever the technique, what matters is the purpose they serve and the way they are blended together to construct a meaningful experience for your team.
