Develop your Teams
Teams are the building blocks of every organization. Very often, however, the assumption is made that ‘we are a team’ without the reality being experienced.
People may work for the same boss but not necessarily be a team. What’s the reality in your organization? What supports the idea of being a team?
However good the paintballing, the grand prix car tyre changing, the drinks after work in the pub – all good ‘team building’ opportunities – there comes a time when you need to think through the issues that will help team working develop.
Whatever the team situation – a new leadership team, a project team, a new team from combining previous teams – I help people to address the Every Day key issues. These may relate to such factors as team purpose, roles, relationships, performance measures or how you create ‘a thinking environment’ when you meet together.
Meeting the Team Challenge
There’s also a place for the Away Day, that special meeting when you provide an energising experience which can make a radical difference to relationships or the working atmosphere.
Using a thoughtful design process, I create and facilitate, alone or with key partners, an event which will provide a rich experience and real progress on team challenges.
