Roger Wythe – The Way I Work With You
Every project starts with a conversation. At that first meeting I like to explore with you:
- Where you are
- What you want to achieve
- Your thoughts about how it can be done
It’s a process of asking questions, listening, clarifying. From that we can build ideas for your project from the approaches I work with.
The key factor is that those approaches serve what you seek to do.
From that first conversation I will be able to develop a proposal which will outline my understanding of what you are trying to achieve, the ideas we have discussed and the costs that are involved. No doubt the process will need some iteration but we will arrive at an agreed approach to meet your need.
Achieving the Change You Desire
In this way I seek to build a successful intervention which will be a productive and engaging experience for all involved.
Through delivery I will check with you that your requirements are being met.
I also like to take the process through to evaluation so you can see the impact that has been made and the results that have been achieved.
I work with a number of key approaches that shape how I work. These include:
- Appreciative Inquiry
- Strengths Based People Management
- Systems Thinking
- Accelerated Learning
- Graphic Facilitation
- Thinking Skills
