A lot of what passes for Team Building is in reality an excuse for a good day out which may or may not result in valuable learning or development. In conjunction with the Creative Knowledge Company, The Learning Connection provides an approach to Team Development which combines both expert facilitation and a refreshing experience of creative processes.

The process starts with an analysis of the main issues that team members feel need to be addressed. A design for the Workshop is then developed to meet those needs. Drawing and painting exercises are used to develop understanding and communication which then enables real discussion and sharing to take place. A practical action plan is then developed by the group to help it introduce ideas it has conceived or to tackle issues which it has highlighted.

Both a ‘good day out’ will be achieved and the will generated to address previously undiscussable concerns.
